A fun filled day of surfing and hiking!

Aloha!

Today was an amazing and for most of us one of the best days in our lives.

We got split up into two groups.

First, we went to test our surfing skills on Hawaii’s ocean waves at Waikiki Beach. We were catching great waves in paradise. For most of us, it was the first time on surfboards, but everybody did a good job.

After that, we were hiking about two and a half hours on one of Hawaii’s most famous attractions: Diamond Head. It was challenging, but the view of the island with its beautiful beaches and the clear blue water was worth it.

After that, we could reward ourselves with some shaved ice. Finally, we went to the Hard Rock Café for dinner. In a special atmosphere with a live performance and good music, we could enjoy tasty burgers and more. The rest of the day, we got free time for shopping in Waikiki.

We are so happy to be here and excited to see what fun the last two days will bring.

We don’t ever want to leave!
